The Room & Breakfast Tramvia was created to make available to you a piece of history, not just housing. The Casalecchiesi  known as the palace of the late 1800Th Tramvia Inn, it was one of the first made buildings  in the city center el ' sole survivor of the bombing of the First and Second World War thanks to the Virgin Mary that has never been removed from the wall from the 'beginning of the 1800Th today, protecting us and our guests.

Residence and apartments were completely renovated in 2009.

Il room The Room and Breakfast Tramvia is different from a Bed and Breakfast (B &B), as apartments or rooms are not shared.

The Bed and Breakfast Tramvia is located on the 3rd floor of period building in the historical center of Casalecchio di Reno, town bordering the city of Bologna, Bologna, 10 minutes from downtown. From the windows a nice overview of the river Rhine, the Church St. Luke and the Parco Talon or Closed with even the oldest hydraulic work of the world still in operation and used in a continuous and uninterrupted.

It's location is within minutes from Bologna center, the stadium by the air of Bologna, Maggiore Hospital, nursing home Villa Chiara, Fiera di Bologna, Bologna Central Station, the Airport G. Marconi, the Futurshow Station, the Theater of the celebrations, Isokinetic and Cineca.

Our small apartment consists of two apartments with separate entrance, but it is furnished and equipped like a hotel or a mini hotel.

For all guests there is a cossy family room with loving spirit where breakfast will be served.
